The Calibre Built Developments team is headed by Director, David Lento. David is a qualified carpenter with over twenty five years experience in the building industry, ranging from commercial developments to boutique homes and renovation transformations.

Calibre Built Developments is a boutique residential building company. Our focus is to provide our clients with detailed, complex and bespoke homes and renovations.

We undertake no more than three projects, at any given time, in order to ensure we maintain full control over the construction of your project. Your relationship with our business is directly with the company owner and Director, David Lento.

Our experienced onsite team combined with our close collection of sub-contractors who follow our management crew from project to project, ensures a refined standard of finish.
